10 Steps to a Successful Remodel

1. Contact DJ's Maintenance, Inc.
Our Phone Representative is happy to answer your questions and start the Remodeling Questionnaire.

2. Describe Type and Scope of Project
The Project Estimator will need this information to be ready when conducting the in-home evaluation.

3. Schedule Project Estimator to visit home
We can accommodate most schedules.

4. On-Site first visit
Project Estimator will finish the Questionnaire with the homeowner as well as offer design suggestions for the project. We can work with your materials or suggest alternative companies. Financing is alsoavailable if needed.

5. Receive Estimate for project
A detailed Project Estimate is provided within 3 days of the First Home visit.

6. Schedule the Start of the Project!
Any remodel can be cumbersome. DJ's Maintenance, Inc. will offer suggestions.

7. Project Begins!
Our workers will be on-time or call with estimated time of arrival. They will treat your home better than they treat their own with shoe covers to protect your floors, vent covers, so dust will not travel to the rest of the house as well as general.

8. Project Completed
A total cleaning of the remodel area is the last step.

9. Follow up with Customer Satisfaction Survey
