Checklist inspection with your manager on duty. Includes electrical, fan condition, floors, hood, hood lights, ducts, etc.

Partial disassembly of the fan, spraying with approved degreasers and allowing to soak. Spraying of degreasers down the ductwork and on the roof area around the fan.
Utilizing of high-pressure hot water to clean fan and ductwork thoroughly. This process leaves clean metal with no residue as compared to powders that some companies use that only cover the grease.
We clean the surrounding roof area, leaving no residue or grease that could damage your roof.
Inside the restaurant we then spray degreasers on the inside assembly of the hood and duct, and again use high-pressure hot water to extract grease and drain it into a receptacle. We vacuum any water from your floor and then mop.
